This Petition is filed under Section 439(1)(b) r/w 482 of Cr.P.C., to relax THE CONDITION imposed in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 1878 of 2019 on the file of this Court dated 05.02.2019 in Crl.MP.No.52 of 2019 on the file of the Sessions Judge(Fast Track Mahila Court), Theni, in Crime No.318 of 2018 on the file of the Respondent Police. Prayer in CRL OP(MD). 1878 of 2019 :

Criminal Original Petition filed under section 439(1)(b)r/w 482 of Cr.P.C., to modify the condition passed in Crl.M.P.No.52/2019 dated 29.01.2019 on the file of the Learned Sessions Judge (Fast Track Mahila Court), Theni for executing a bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties for the likes sum each, one sureties blood relative (Mother, Father, brother or sister) ORDER:

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.Anandaraj, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the respondent, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1878 of 2019 on 05.02.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1878 of 2019 on 05.02.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1878 of 2019 on 05.02.2019 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
