Respondent PRAYER: This petition is preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C to direct the trial court namely the 1st Additional District Judge cum P.C.R. Court, Trichy to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of their surrender before that court in connection with Crime No.439 of 2013 and pass such further or other orders, as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

ORDER

The petitioners approach this Court to direct the learned 1st Additional District Judge cum P.C.R. Court, Trichy, to consider the bail application on the same day in the event of the petitioners' surrender before the learned 1st Additional District Judge-cum-P.C.R. Court, Trichy, in connection with Crime No. 439 of 2013 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are not arrayed as accused in Crime No.439 of 2013.

3.Considering the said submission, this petition is dismissed.
