Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.M.KARUNAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR. K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ produce sureties. Since the first petitioner's mother died, the

petitioners are unable to execute the sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.2862 of 2019 dated 25.02.2019.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 25.02.2019 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.2862 of 2019 is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
