ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent herein directing the writ petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.43,420/- to remove the electricity lines through the petitioner's property.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents submitted that pending writ petition, the petitioners have deposited the said amount and consequently the electricity lines that were passing through the property of the writ petitioner have been removed. Hence, nothing survives in the present writ petition.

3. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
