RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extension of time for pay a sum of Rs. 20,000/- in favour of the District Green Committee which condition is imposed in Crl O.P (MD) No. 16059 of 2021 order dt. 22.10.2021 which was expires on 12.11.2021 and to extend the further period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SIVAPRAKASH.S., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- in favour of the District Green Committee, Ramanathapuram District.

2.This Court, by order dated 22.10.2021, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition that he shall pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- in favour of the District Green Committee, Ramanathapuram District.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the coolie worker. Since he suffered from fever, he could not go to the work and mobilize the fund. Hence, he prays for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.755 of 2022 extension of time to pay the said amount.

4.Having been satisfied with the reasons, time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
