PRAYER:This Second Appeal has been filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code, against the judgment and decree, dated 19.10.2004 passed in A.S.No.131 of 2001 on the file of the I Additional Subordinate Judge, Nagercoil (Camp at Padmanabhapuram) where by, setting aside the judgment and decree, dated 03.08.2001 passed in O.S.No.342 of 1996 on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Eraniel.
