ORDER

In the present writ petition, the petitioner had challenged the grant of patta in favour of the 6th respondent, who is the father of the 8th respondent.

2. Pending this writ petition, the 2nd respondent herein has passed an order, transferring the patta in the name of the petitioner. Therefore, this writ petition had become infructuous.

3. The learned counsel for the 8th respondent seeks liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate authority.

4. In view of the above said facts, this Writ petition is closed as infructuous. The private respondents are given liberty to challege the same before appropriate forum. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
