ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to complete the enquiry and pass final orders in Na.Ka.Na. 33663/A1/E2/2020 within a time stipulated by this Court. 2.By consent of both parties, considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. Perused the materials on record.

4.The writ petitioner filed W.P.MD)No.12107 of 2022 seeking to direct the second respondent therein to conduct a detailed enquiry as per order of the first respondent, dated 28.11.2020. This Court vide order, dated 11.08.2022 directed the second respondent to conduct enquiry and pass final orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of that order. Pursant to the same, the second respondent had also conducted enquiry 2/5

and forwarded the same to the first respondent. However, the first respondent has not completed the enquiry. Hence, this writ petition came to be filed. 5.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would fairly submit that the enquiry would be completed by the first respondent within a period of three months.

6.Recording the said submission, this Court hereby direct the first respondent to conclude the enquiry within a period of three months and pass final orders in Na.Ka.Na.33663/A1/E2/2020, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
