ORDER

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petitioner had passed away and he has no instructions and one of the legal heirs are taken change of vakalat for him. However, so far no steps have been taken to substitute the legal heirs on the place of the deceased writ petitioner for the past three years. Hence, the present Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
