O R D E R

Seeking to include the offence under Sections 406, 417 and 509 of I.P.C, in Crime No.1 of 2015, the present petition has been filed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the alleged offence under Section 420 is made out.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, while directing the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.1 of 2015 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ this order, further direction is issued to see to it the offences

sought to be included by the petitioner are made out and if so, they should be included in the final report.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
