ORDER

The petitioner submitted an appeal before the first respondent to cancel the patta issued in favour of the fourth respondent and it is pending on the file of the first respondent.

In view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter party, if any, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the parties and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

3. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
