The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to direct the learned Additional Mahila Judicial Magistrate, Madurai to complete the trial in C.C.No.390 of 2014, within a stipulated time.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the State. 3.Considering the fact that the case is pending for more than one year, the learned Additional Mahila Judicial Magistrate, Madurai, is directed to expedite the trial in C.C.No.390 of 2014 and dispose of the same within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
