Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Spl.S.C.No.44 of 2018 on the file of I Additional District and Sessions Court (PCR), Trichy. He wants to have a counsel of his choice as a Special Public Prosecutor. The statutory rule enables such an arrangement. However, it is the District Collector, who has to take a call. The petitioner has already given an application in this regard before the District Collector. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
