O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents to consider the petitioner's recent Application dated 08.12.2025 and to conduct enquiry and to issue separate patta regarding the property comprised in Survey No. 841/13A1A measuring an extent of 4773 sq.ft., situated in Villar Village, Thanjavur District.

2. The petitioner seeks the indulgence of this Court to direct respondent to consider the representation dated 08.12.2025 and thereafter to issue separate patta in favour of the petitioner.

3. Learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner's representation would be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

4. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner 2/4

dated 08.12.2025 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Such representation shall be considered and disposed of after conducting an inquiry, including issuing notice to the joint pattadhars, owners of adjoining lands and considering any objections from them. The respondent is also directed to provide a reasonable opportunity at such inquiry to the petitioner and any others who would be affected by such decision. There shall be no order as to costs.
