ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.119 of 2013 from the file of the third respondent to the file of the second respondent for conducting proper and fair investigation in accordance with law.

2. It is not in dispute that Crime No.119 of 2013 is connected with Crime No.287 of 2012 for which appropriate orders have been passed by this Court directing the Deputy Superintendent of Police, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Tenkasi to investigate the matter.

3. In view of the same, a direction is issued to the third respondent police to transfer the case in Crime No.119 of 2013 to the second respondent for further investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
