PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to pay the sum of Rs.1,37,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore and Thirty Seven Lakhs only) as per the representations of the petitioner, dated 27.10.2021 05.01.2022 for the completion of works completed by the petitioner in the third respondent Municipality.
