The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that while granting the interim order, dated 20.01.2026, this Court intended to grant four weeks' time from the date of receipt of a copy of the order; however, in the said order, the time has been inadvertently mentioned as two weeks from today.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, paragraph No.2 of the order passed in C.M.P.(MD) No.393 of 2026 in C.R.P.(MD) No.71 of 2026 shall stand substituted as follows:

2. Being satisfied with the reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, there shall be an order of interim stay subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit 50% of the award amount to the credit of

MCOP.No.1822 of 2023 on the file of the Special Sub-Court (Motor Accident Claims Tribunal), Tirunelveli, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the stay granted by this Court shall stand vacated automatically, without further reference to this Court. The first respondent is at liberty to file a petition before the concerned Court to withdraw the amount that to be deposited by the petitioner.
