ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the Respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his village people to celebrate the kumbabishegam to the Pichai Kala Swami Temple on 26.01.2023 and to grant permission to clean path way to the entrance as well as to decorate the entrance arch by electric bulb by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.12.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation given by the petitioner, dated 27.12.2022 is pending before the third respondent. He would further submit that they may be directed to follow the directions issued in the peace committee meeting conducted by the concerned Revenue Divisional Officer on 19.03.2022.

3.Recording the said submission, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 27.12.2022 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of three days, from today i.e., 20.01.2023.
