This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime NO.228/2015 from the file of the second respondent to the file of the third respondent.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that a positive report has already been filed before the jurisdictional Court, but the same has not been taken on filed. 4.Considering the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. process of taking cognizance within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the said charge sheet is still pending and if it is factually correct that the final report is filed before the Court.
