ORDER

Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the first and second respondents. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

2. The prayer in the Writ Petition reads as follows:- "To issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to act upon the proceedings of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No. A7/138/2024 dated 13.12.2024 by deferring the survey proceedings of the land in Survey No. 280/1D, Situated in Kallai Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District, measuring to an extent of 1 acre 4 cents till the harvest of paddy crops are completed."

3. Heard the learned counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

4. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents have taken steps to conduct survey before the harvest of the paddy is over.

5. In view of the same, the respondents are directed to conduct survey after the harvest of the paddy in respect of the subject property. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to the costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 20.01.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No jbr TO:-
