This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the first respondent to conduct an enquiry in respect of title dispute in S.Nos.24/1A, 24/2A, 25/5B and 25/5C, Shanmugasundarapuram Village, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District. 2.It is evident from the records that the petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.131 of 2013 against the second respondent and others on the file of the District Munsif Court, Andipatti, claiming reliefs to declare that the suit property in dispute was owned by him and also for permanent injunction restraining the defendants therein and their men from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after enquiry and as agreed by both the parties, the complaint was ordered to be closed.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the said suit was already disposed of in favour of the petitioner. 2/4

5.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
