O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to produce the person or body of the detenue namely R.Shivani, D/o.Ramesh, aged 21 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner and the detenue got married on 02.08.2022 and they both are majors. He further submitted that the detenue has been illegally detained by her parents and they are arranging marriage for the detenue with someone else.

3.Today, the respondent police produced the detenue before this Court. This Court permitted the petitioner and the detenue to have a word with each other as per their request. Thereafter, the detenue expressed that she wanted to go with the petitioner who is her husband.

4.In view of the above, taking into consideration that she is a major and she wanted to go with her husband, the Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of and the detenue is permitted to go with her husband as per her wish. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of.
