RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.OP(MD) NO. 268/2018 vide its order dated 12.01.2018 which was subsequently modified in Crl.MP(MD)NO. 1109/2018 vide order dated 15.02.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.ANAND, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD).No.1109 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 268 of 2018, dated 15.02.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner herein is complying with the condition regularly, without any deviation and he further submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that the charge sheet is not yet filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD). No.1109 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 268 of 2018, dated 15.02.2018 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Officer of the Model Control Room, Kumbakonam, once in a week i.e. on every Tuesday at 10.30 am until further orders. sd/- 09/03/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
