(Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.) We have perused the reasons for the delay of 261 days in filing the review application.

2.This Court finds that the delay is not properly explained and we are also not convinced with the grounds in this review, which in our view is in the form of re-agitating the matter again. Hence, this civil miscellaneous petition seeking to condone the delay of 261 days in filing the review petition is dismissed. Consequently, the review application is rejected at the SR stage itself.
