JUDGMENT

On 16.08.2023, at the instance of the learned counsels on both sides, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench.

2. Mediation report is received along with the Settlement Agreement. Both sides are represented by their counsels. Clause 7 of the Settlement Agreement reads as follows.

"7. By signing this Agreement the parties hereto state that they have no further claims or demands against each other with respect to S.A.(MD)No.350/2003 (Case no) and all disputes and differences in this regard have been amicably settled by the parties hereto through the process of Conciliation / Mediation."

3. Therefore, the Second Appeal is disposed of as the matter is settled before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the Judgment.
