The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on a complaint given by the third respondent an enquiry has been conducted and during the enquiry it transpired that family dispute was pending between the petitioner and the third respondent. He would further submit that during the enquiry the petitioner has not been harassed by the respondent police. The statement is recorded.
