RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the peititioner by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.2264 of 2019 dated 18.02.2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.SELVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2264 of 2019, dated 18.02.2019 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide with the conditions , however the respondent police is not allowing the petitioner to comply the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ conditions and he prayed for modification of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner would submit that till date the petitioner has not turned up.

4. In view of the same, the modification petition stands dismissed. However this order will not stand in the way to comply with the conditions.
