PRAYER :- To extend the time for a period of 15 days in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 17774/2019 dated 29.11.2019 on the file of this Hon'ble Court. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.17774 of 2019, dated 29/11/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.
