ORDER

The petitioner seeking promotion as Senior Clerk has submitted a representation and has filed this writ petition that her representation has not been considered.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2, by referring to a proceedings dated 31.01.2026, submits that the representation of the petitioner has been rejected by the Administrator, Kalkulam Vilavankodu Taluks Agricultural Producers Co-operative Marketing Society Ltd. A copy of the rejection order has also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order dated 31.01.2026, in accordance with law.
