ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/A14 & A15, who were remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 21.05.2015 and 23.05.2015 respectively for the alleged offence under Sections 120(b), 147, 148, 341, 342 and 302 and 109, 201 & 34 IPC in Crime No.545 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that due to political motive, the accused waylaid the deceased and stabbed him and he died on the spot.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been arrayed as A14 and A15 based on the confession of the co-accused and as per the confession, the petitioners have extended their financial help to the other accused for the commission of offence.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the first petitioner was arrested on 21.05.2015 and the second petitioner was arrested on 23.05.2015 and A3, A6 and A7 are still absconding. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. Considering the overt act attributed against the petitioners, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail on the following
conditions. Accordingly, they are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m and 6.00 p.m until further orders.
