ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to retain Palankottai Village Panchayat under Kuruvikulam Panchayat Union, Tiruvenkadam Taluk, Tenkasi District instead of excluding it from Kuruvikulam Panchayat Union and insert into Melaneelithanallur Panchayat Union, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tenkasi District on the basis of the representation dated 13.12.2019.

W.P(MD)No.891 of 2020 2.It is the grievance of the petitioner that Palankottai Village Panchayat should be retained with Kuruvikulam Panchayat Union and the same should not be included with Melaneelithanallur Panchayat Union.
3.Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 submitted that the second respondent had already conducted public hearing with regard to the inclusion and exclusion of the Panchayat Union and therefore, the petitioner can approach the second respondent and make his submissions with regard to the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition. Further, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the respondents 2 to 4 have not taken any decision with regard to the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition and that the prayer is pre-mature.
4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader to the effect that the respondents 2 to 4 have not taken any final decision and that the petitioner is having liberty to approach the second respondent with regard to the prayer sought for in his representation, we are not inclined to give any further direction to the authorities.
5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
