Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEYAKARTHIK M.S., Advocate for the petitioner in CRL MP(MD)No.722 of 2023 and of MR.G.VISHNURAM, Advocate for the petitioner in CRL MP(MD)No.766 of 2023 and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent in both petitions, the court made the following order:- These Petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.22100 and 22847 of 2022, dated 22.12.2022. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that final report has been filed and the case is taken up hearing in https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
