ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in pursuant to NBW issued for an alleged offence punishable under Sections 138 and 142 of Negotiable Instruments Act in C.C.No.137 of 2013, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that non-bailable warrant is not pending against the petitioner and the respondent police has not received any intimation from the learned Judicial Magistrate -II, Dindugal in C.C.No.137 of 2013.
4. Recording the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
