ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections (Amended, 2002), Sea cucumber schedule-1 Part IV C Section 9, 39(1)(a)(b), 3(a,b,c) 40(2), 50 and 51(1) of Wild Life Protection Act W.L.O.R.No.5 of 2021 on the file of the respondent, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought leave of this Court, to withdraw this petition.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner through video conference, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
