PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in C.No. 572/13 TULPA dated 27.06.2013 on the file of the Respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal and subsequently direct the respondents to grant plan approval to the petitioner's property at Door No. 3 at Theppakulam Street in survey No.763, 764, 765, T.S.Ward No. 3, Block No. 6, Tuticorin City Municipal Corporation, Tuticorin, within a time frame stipulated by this Court.
