PRAYER : Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure, to set aside the judgment and decree in A.S.No.125 of 2002 dated 09.11.2004 on the file of Sub Court, Padmanabhapuram, confirming the judgment and decree in O.S.No.179 of 1999 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Padmanabhapuram, dated 12.08.2002.

JUDGMENT
