This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 28.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.20735 of 2024.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.20735 of 2024 on 28.11.2024, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 1/3
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions for five weeks.
4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.20735 of 2024 on 28.11.2024 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
