O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw the petitioner's complaint dated 05.12.2019 pending before the respondent No.2 and entrust the same to any other officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of police for investigation of the complaint based on the petitioner's representation dated 04.01.2020.

2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by one Naveen Kumar, enquiry has been conducted in Current Paper No.296/NRC/J2PS/2019, dated 07.12.2019 and during the enquiry the petitioner had appeared in person and requested the second respondent that no further action is required.
