ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.MOHAMED KADHAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- Already Court fee paid in the M.C.O.P case and there is no proper reason for exemption of Court fee and therefore he cannot seek for exemption of Court fee in the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. The appellants are directed to pay the Court fee, on or before 04.10.2021.
