This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to transfer the investigation in Crime No.389 of 2015 from the file of the third respondent to any other competent Officer.

2.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the matter stands referred as 'mistake of fact' on 07.06.2015 and R.C.S. Notice has also been served on the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition shall stand closed .
