The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur to dispose of CC.No.271 of 2019 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that there are only 11 witnesses in CC.No.271 of 2019 and all the witnesses would be produced before the concerned Judicial Magistrate within a period of three months. 3.Recording the submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur to dispose of CC.No.271 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible.
