ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to forthwith issue the tender documents pertaining to grant of license to Bar attached to Shop No.10097 situated at Thoothukudi on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 24.09.2019 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has not produced before this Court tender notification. Except stating that the respondent did not issue the tender document to the petitioner and that the respondent is likely to conduct the auction without the petitioner's participation, the petitioner has not produced enough details or the conditions in the tender notification. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent produced before this Court, the notification, dated 04.01.2020, which is a re-tender notification for the grant of licence for running bar attached to TASMAC shop. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that as per the re-tender notification, the last date for submitting tender is 28.01.2020 and that the petitioner will be given tender application upon submitting a Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.525/-. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.992 of 2020 4.Hence, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit an application for getting tender form or schedule along with the Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.525/-. Copy of the tender notification, dated 04.01.2020, is also furnished to the petitioner's counsel. Upon submitting the application along with the Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.525/-, the respondent is directed to furnish the tender documents forthwith so as to enable the petitioner to participate in the tender. No costs.
