ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 03.01.2012, wherein, the petitioner has sought for the survey of the subject property and for fixing the boundaries.
2. When the matter was taken up for admission, the petitioner was directed to implead the necessary parties and accordingly, the third respondent has been impleaded by virtue of the order passed by this Court on 13.08.2012.
3. Heard Mr.M.Mohanasundaram, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.M.Muniasamy, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the relief sought for in this Writ Petition, if the survey has not already been conducted, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the second respondent and seek for the survey of the subject property. The second respondent on receipt of the representation shall issue notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and take a decision with regard to the survey of the property within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the application / representation from the petitioner.
5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
