Prayer : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to change the investigation agency from the 2nd respondent to 3rd respondent herein in pertaining to the case in Crime No.62 of 2020 on the file of 2nd respondent. For Petitioner :Mr.S.Ramasamy For Respondents :Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side)

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking transfer of investigation to CBCID Police on the ground that no property has been recovered by the second respondent for the past 4 months.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that some allegations were made by the petitioner/accused against the previous Investigating Officer and now, he has been transferred and new Officer has taken over the investigation and he will complete the investigation in a proper manner and file a final report.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.708 of 2021 matter is under POCSO Act, proper steps must be taken by the Investigating Officer to seek the helping cybor crime wing and also to see that the final report is filed within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

4. With these above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
