RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Modify the condition as that the petitioner shall appear before any one of the police station in Trichy District instead of appear before respondent police daily at 5.00 p.m for the period of 2 weeks in Crl.O.P.No 16549 of 2017 dated 12.12.2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SUBASH BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARTHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this petition to modify the condition as that the petitioner shall appear before any one of the police station in Trichy District instead of appear before the respondent police daily at 5.00 p.m for the period of 2 weeks in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16549 of 2017, dated 12.12.2017.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that this Court passed an order on 12.12.2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16549 of 2017, directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police for a period of two weeks and the petitioner has not complied with the condition till now.

3. Considering the submission made by learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), that the petitioner without complying the said
order, he has filed this application with unacceptable reason. Hence, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court.
