This Petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking extension of time for surrendering before the Trial Court in the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.20940 of 2018, dated 27.11.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
3.Considering the submission made on either side, time granted by this Court vide order dated 27.11.2018, made in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.20940 of 2018, is extended further for a period of ten days from today.
4.Accordingly, this Petition is ordered.
