ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the constitutional vires of proviso to Rule 6 of Revenue Subordinate Service Rules as illegal and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader circulated before this Court, a copy of proceedings of Revenue Administration Department, inter alia pointing out that Rule 6 of Revenue Subordinate Service Rules has been amended. It is further stated that the petitioner is also benefited by virtue of substitution of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.3966 of 2012 Rule 6 of Revenue Subordinate Service Rules, as amended by the Government by exercising its power conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India. It is in the above circumstances, it is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the Writ Petition has become infructuous, as no further adjudication is required. The learned Counsel for the petitioner has no objection for closing the Writ Petition after recording the submission of learned Additional Government Pleader.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
