ORDER

This petition is filed seeking to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.224 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent Police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that already charge sheet has been filed in Crime No.224 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent police, before the concerned Judicial Magistrate and the same has not been taken on file. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
