4.Mr.P.S.Jeyaraj : Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.417/A3/2012 dated 22.03.2012 and to quash the same insofar the approval of the Secretary of the Kamaraj Middle School is concerned and also consequently, direct the first respondent to order the School Committee to select a impeccable person as Secretary of the School Committee as per the said rules and till such time to make direct payment.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer that has been sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
