ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- On 27.01.205 this Court granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition that they shall report before the respondent police till 10.02.2015.

2. Today, the respondent police is present and a status report has been filed stating that the petitioner has complied with the order passed by this Court and they have report before the respondent police. During the investigation, the defacto complainant has come forward to withdraw the complaint, since they have compromised the matter with the petitioner. Hence, the police have closed the complaint.
